Shipping policy
Delivery & International Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders to a UK delivery address within 2-3 working days of confirmation of your order, providing the goods are in stock. Please allow 5-7 working days for delivery. You will be notified via email that your order has been dispatched.
All our packages require a signature upon delivery.
We use the Royal Mail and for larger items we use an independent courier service
Wallpaper samples are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class post and overseas we send via Royal Mail’s tracked and signed service.
If you are placing an order to be shipped to other countries, please email info@whistlingthorn.co.uk for an estimated shipping quote.
International Deliveries will be shipped using UPS or DHL courier. You will be emailed once your order has been shipped and you will be given a unique tracking number for your order so that you can monitor your shipment.
Please be aware that if you are ordering from outside the UK your shipment may incur taxes, duties and handling fees at the end destination which will be charged to the recipient. It is worth noting that your order may be subject to delays or be opened by local customs authorities, this is unfortunately something beyond our control.
It is your responsibility to give us the correct delivery address with all the appropriate contact details for our third-party contacts to us to enable them to deliver your parcel to the correct address. Any parcels that do not reach their intended destination due to incorrect information will incur charges to rectify the correct delivery or loss, for which the customer will be responsible.
