Returns and Refunds

All our items at Whistling Thorn are made with great care and we hope you like them.  However, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please return it for a full refund. 

To qualify for a full refund, you must notify us via email within 14 days of receipt of your order. 

The following terms apply for a refund:

  • Email info@whistlingthorn.co.uk within 14 days of receipt of your order, quoting your invoice number, full name and address, details of the product and the reason for the return. One of our team will contact you with advice on how to proceed with the return and refund.
  • Any refund requests after 14 days of receipt of the order will be refused.
  • Please note that it is your responsibility to check the order for any faults or damage upon delivery, these must be reported to us as soon as possible.
  • We will not issue a refund if more than 3 rolls have already been hung on your wall – this is clearly stated on the hanging instructions on each roll.
  • If there is a visible colour or printing fault within the first 3 rolls then please email us clear images and a detailed description of the fault.
  • If there is a production fault with your order, it will need to be inspected by our manufacturing team before we issue any refund. All orders will therefore need to be returned in prefect condition with the original packaging to our company address.
  • If you are sending an order back to us, please include your name, address, order number and reason for return.
  • Please retain proof of postage for any returned orders as these goods are your responsibility until they reach us. Whistling Thorn will not hold responsibility for returned goods lost in transit and therefore no refund will be given.
  • If the goods are faulty Whistling Thorn will cover the cost of postage and will either offer a full refund or an exchange.
  • Any refunds will be made back to the same bank account that was credited when you purchased your order. The payment will be made within 30 days of our receipt of the returned product.
